Brüma provides software products, including but not limited to CHRONA — a mobile and web application for creating personal and shared timelines. Our services are offered under a subscription model with a free tier and paid plans.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Brüma and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without prior written permission.
Content you create within our services (your timelines, events, and data) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the services.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brüma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Al acceder o utilizar cualquier servicio, sitio web o aplicación operada por Brüma ("Brüma"), aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Servicio. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices nuestros servicios.
Brüma ofrece productos de software, incluyendo CHRONA — una aplicación mobile y web para crear líneas de tiempo personales y compartidas. Nuestros servicios se ofrecen bajo un modelo de suscripción con un nivel gratuito y planes de pago.
Debes crear una cuenta para acceder a la mayoría de las funcionalidades. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de toda actividad que ocurra bajo tu cuenta. Debes proporcionar información precisa, actual y completa durante el registro.

Los planes de pago se facturan de forma recurrente mensual o anual. Todos los pagos son procesados por Paddle (paddle.com), quien actúa como Merchant of Record. Los precios se muestran en USD y pueden estar sujetos a impuestos locales según tu ubicación.
Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento. La cancelación tiene efecto al final del período de facturación actual. Consulta nuestra Política de Reembolso.
Todo el contenido, funcionalidades y software de nuestros servicios son propiedad exclusiva de Brüma y están protegidos por la legislación aplicable de propiedad intelectual.
El contenido que crees (tus timelines, eventos y datos) sigue siendo de tu propiedad. Al cargar contenido, nos otorgas una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y libre de regalías para alojarlo y mostrarlo únicamente con el fin de prestar los servicios.
Los servicios se ofrecen "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, Brüma no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos derivados del uso de los servicios.
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso, por conducta que consideremos que viola estos Términos o resulta perjudicial para otros usuarios o terceros.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Argentina, sin tener en cuenta sus disposiciones de conflicto de leyes.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Te notificaremos sobre cambios significativos por correo electrónico o mediante un aviso en nuestro sitio web.
